TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a new agreement for occupational health and safety services (arbodienstverlening). The current agreement will expire. Through this procurement, one contractor is selected to provide occupational health and safety services in accordance with the custom-made arrangements (maatwerkregeling). The services must contribute to the organisation’s objectives in the area of absenteeism reduction and sustainable employability. The starting point is the Contracting Authority’s own-regie model, under which the direct line manager and the employee are jointly responsible for absenteeism support (verzuimbegeleiding). In this context, the contractor fulfils an advisory, facilitating and implementing role in medical and occupational health and safety matters, without taking over the lead/management role (regie).
