Tender for the development and realisation of Laborijn-Noord in the Doetinchem railway zone. Laborijn-Noord must grow into a lively, high-density urban district with a maximum of 472 homes, an activity programme, facilities and active ground floors. In this urban area, the various functions come together, along with an attractive public space and attention for social safety and high spatial quality. This project is an important step in the development of the Railway Zone, which plays a central role in Doetinchem’s growth ambitions. Through a tender procedure with selection and dialogue, the municipality is seeking one development party or a combination of parties for the development and realisation of this assignment. In addition to the points of attention mentioned above, Future-proof area development (TBGO) is an important part of the assignment.
