TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns and is limited to:  the delivery of mail and parcels that do not o require an urgent nature and/or o require special handling that follows from the characteristics of the postal or parcel shipment, such as direct carriage from sender to recipient,  mailings and door-to-door deliveries that do not have an urgent nature.  Any return mail dispatches that result from the deliveries referred to above. The contract is reserved in accordance with Article 282 of the Public Procurement Act 2012. See further tender rules and specification document.
