TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract relates to and is limited to:  the delivery of mail and parcels that do not o require an urgent character and/or o require special handling arising from the characteristics of the mail or parcel shipment, such as direct transport from sender to recipient,  mailings and door-to-door deliveries that do not have an urgent character.  Any return mail shipments that result from the above deliveries. The contract is reserved in accordance with Article 282 of the Public Procurement Act 2012. For further information, see the procurement guidelines and the programme of requirements.
