The hospital wishes to implement an automated system for the issuing and collection of uniforms for staff. The system must contribute to efficient logistics operations, optimal availability of uniforms, a reduction in manual handling and complete traceability of uniform flows. The assignment includes the supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, training and maintenance of: - A automated uniform-issue vending machine; - An automated uniform-return vending machine; - The associated software for management, reporting and integration with existing identification systems. The system must ensure that authorized staff have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the uniforms assigned to them, while used uniforms are collected in a controlled and traceable manner. The solution must contribute to: - Permanent availability of uniforms; - A reduction in stock losses; - Optimization of the uniform inventory; - A reduction in logistics workload; - Improved hygiene and infection prevention; - Complete traceability of issue and return flows; - Correct assignment of uniforms to staff.
