TENDER DESCRIPTION

AZ Groeninge is a large regional hospital in Kortrijk that provides a wide range of medical care and specialized treatments. The hospital works with various medical and support services. There is currently a close collaboration between AZ Groeninge and Sint Jozefskliniek Izegem. At present, each of the two hospitals has its own warehouse. The scope of this tender is new WMS software for the warehouse at AZ Groeninge. This warehouse currently uses SAP WM to operate its warehouse. As the support situation for this will change and end at the end of 2028, AZ Groeninge is looking for a new IT solution. This new solution must cover the same scope as the current SAP WM. In addition to the warehouses in the hospitals, there are also 2 external warehouses (managed by 3PL parties) where pallet overflow is stored. The new WMS must also support operations with these external warehouses through a stock transfer function. This function may be handled pragmatically at a general location level, not at a detailed location level, from which, depending on the need, certain pallets are retrieved.
