TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement file relates to the supply, installation and commissioning of lockers and lockers for various user groups and functional zones within the hospital. This includes, among other things, lockers in staff changing rooms, team rooms and nursing stations, patient zones and patient rooms, as well as lockers for the administrative departments where work is carried out according to the principle of flexworking. For the staff changing rooms, a flexible concept is initially envisaged in which dynamic, non-personal lockers are combined with smaller personal lockers for the permanent storage of, for example, work shoes or other personal work-related items. Given the available floor space in both the central staff changing rooms and the changing rooms in the operating quarter, the available space must be used as efficiently as possible. The tenderer is asked to develop an optimal locker concept, taking into account the available spaces, the users’ needs and the plans provided, and to visualize this in the tender in a structured, planned manner.
