TENDER DESCRIPTION
This procurement concerns the conclusion of an agreement with a single contractor for the supply of clothing for police staff, for a term of 48 months, to the Police Zone Rivierenland. This is a non-exclusive agreement without any obligation to place orders. Consequently, notwithstanding the contracting authority Police Zone Rivierenland’s conclusion of this agreement based on the contract documents under this tender, the PZ Rivierenland is free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract or not to place any orders. The contractor may not claim compensation for any losses as a result. Indicative scope of the contract: The indicative value of the contract for the entire term has been set at € 2,600,000 exclusive of VAT. The contracting authority draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that, when determining this indicative value, no account was taken of the estimated quantities included in the inventory and therefore this indicative value does not constitute an indication of the tender amount with which tenders may be submitted.
