TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rivierenland fire brigade zone wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier for the purchase of management software for fire brigade services, in support of the following domains: 1. personnel management; 2. invoicing; 3. reporting of incidents; 4. management of assignments in the context of fire prevention; 5. training policy. The maximum implementation time of the management software is six months. The total duration of the contract is eight years. All conditions under which the framework contractor will carry out the assignments, such as delivery times, method of acceptance, penalties, payment and suchlike, are laid down in the framework agreement. After concluding a framework agreement, additional assignments may be placed under the application of the conditions set out in the framework agreement. As it is impossible for the contracting authority to list the complete inventory of items, the contracting authority reserves the right to order a related service from the selected service provider.
