Technical scientific personnel Advice and/or services in the technical scientific field including: life sciences, electronics, data science, robotics, mechatronics, nanotechnology, (embedded) software, high-tech construction and infrastructure. In some cases, there is a need for engineers who can contribute in substantive technical areas. However, there is also regularly a need for advisors and professionals who can manage organisational processes, not only from a scientific engineering background, but also through the (multidisciplinary) role of project or programme manager and who are able to achieve strategic objectives based on systems thinking. There is also, on some regular basis, a need for substantive technical and organisational or legal support with writing project proposals, subsidy advice, applying for subsidies, or supervising postgraduate students.
