TENDER DESCRIPTION

As of 1 January 2027, the municipality wishes to take out the same type of Municipal Liability Insurance as the existing one, with possibly improved cover against competing premium/costs, whereby property damage, personal injury, financial loss, employer’s liability and (sudden) environmental liability are insured. For buildings, limited cover for Liability and Existing Property may be offered. The agreement shall enter into force on 1 January 2027 and run until 1 January 2030. Thereafter, there is a mutual option to extend for a maximum of three (3) times twelve (12) months. The agreement ends automatically by operation of law on 1 January 2033. The notice period for both the contracting party and the municipality is five (5) months for 1 January 2030 and thereafter five (5) months for 1 January of the relevant year each time, and must be notified in writing to the other party.
