TENDER DESCRIPTION

We currently have a liability insurance policy with a deductible of €50,000 per incident. The current liability insurance policy runs until and including 31 December 2026 and no longer includes any renewal options. The overview of claims is included in Appendix 3. For the coming years, we wish to conclude a new agreement for the same type of liability insurance as the existing one, with possibly improved coverage for a competitive premium.
