TENDER DESCRIPTION
The town hall of Staden, with an integrated service centre, is located at the corner of the Ieperstraat and the Hospitaalstraat. On the same site are the buildings of the former municipal school, whose gymnasium and dining hall are still in use today for, among other activities, dance, karate, the drawing academy, sports lessons for seniors and other activities. The former classrooms are temporarily used for the youth service’s summer programme. In replacement of these outdated school buildings, the board wishes to develop a new multipurpose facility.
