Explanation: !Mpuls Menen-Wervik BV is a recognized Housing Company, operating in Menen and Wervik. The main activity is the rental, purchase, sale, construction and renovation of social housing. The staff currently comprises 35 employees, including 34 office staff and 1 worker. Our Joint Committee is 339. We are looking for a partner who can provide assistance, based on their specific expertise in personnel and payroll administration and socio-legal legislation, as well as offer the necessary integrated software. The contractor is expected to carry out the services/supplies/works in accordance with the needs of the contracting authority, as further described in this tender. Specifications: • Protime is our current T&A tool and the data must be able to be automatically imported from Protime into the payroll software • There must be an option to provide a software package linked to the use of a cafeteria plan. If required, the tenderer adds a project plan or implementation plan, including a timeline in which roles, responsibilities and milestones are clearly described.
