TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment includes the appointment of a study bureau for the preparation of the municipal Spatial Policy Plan Lummen with an integrated mobility component and an integrated plan-MER. The assignment aims to result in a forward-looking, coherent and implementable framework for the spatial development of the municipality, with the interaction between space and mobility at the center. The assignment includes: • the preparation of a strategic vision for space and mobility; • the elaboration of policy frameworks, including at least the themes of housing and mobility; • the preparation of an operational mobility programme; • the preparation of an integrated plan-MER; • participation and stakeholder management; • process guidance and coordination of the entire trajectory. The assignment is carried out in accordance with the applicable decree-based and procedural provisions in this regard. The contractor is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the study team and the process, including coordination with any subcontractors and all involved stakeholders.
