TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services covered by the tender comprise, in particular: Clearance, pollutant remediation and demolition work as well as disposal of the waste generated for the demolition of Buildings 6 and 12 on the premises of Klinikum Bremen Mitte. Site set-up with approx. 5,300 m², scaffolding work, protective and working scaffolds, approx. 2,100 m³ of solid mass for removal of existing fixtures, bulky waste and waste quantities in the buildings, complete removal of pollutants in remediation areas in accordance with TRGS 519 and TRGS 521, including asbestos, KMF, PCB, etc. in the buildings, including removal of all technical plant components and building services, approx. 3,200 m³ backfilling of cellar areas with liquid soil for uplift resistance, approx. 102,000 m³ of enclosed volume for demolition of buildings, approx. 9,800 m³ of backfilling of excavation pits, 8,000 m² of rough grading, disposal: approx. 350 t asbestos, approx. 170 t KMF, approx. 45,000 t construction rubble, approx. 300 t asphalt-free roof membranes
