Brief description of the main items BOQ 01 ABR_VE_01 Dismantling and hazardous substances House 2 (MR 14-18) Dismantling of the attic and remediation of hazardous substances in an occupied residential building. The general site facilities are provided by the client. Dismantling work approx.: 20 m³ of movable items, 183 m² of resilient floor coverings, 538 m² of ceramic floor coverings, 528 m² of screed, 80 doors with frames, 42 m³ of non-loadbearing masonry walls, 221 m² of lightweight partition walls and 166 m² of wall coverings. Restricted areas with airlock and negative-pressure technology. Rebuild/stripping and disposal approx.: 1,288 m² of insulation materials, 560 m² of bitumen-containing sealing membranes, 550 m² of cast asphalt contaminated with PAHs, 1.995 m² of plaster contaminated with hazardous substances, 1.610 m² of ETICS, 400 m of pipe insulation. Clearance measurements, decontamination and fine cleaning as required. 1.660 m² of remediation areas including verification documentation and disposal.
