For the G9 measure at Humboldtschule, the following services are tendered for the renovation of the existing building: - Establishment and maintenance of a trade-specific construction site setup for own services - Hazardous material remediation (asbestos, mineral wool fibers, etc.) - Demolition work in the outdoor area - Demolition work on the building envelope (facade, windows, external doors, sun protection) - Demolition work inside (walls, ceilings, various components) - Demolition of technical components (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) including hazardous material-contaminated elements (e.g. insulation)
