The tendered scope of services includes planning and project management for the demolition of the existing old fire station building, including routing the construction waste in accordance with the Closed Substance Cycle and Waste Management Act, and the creation of buildable/clear building access, as well as services for the construction of a barrier-free two-storey replacement new building up to 9 m in height with vehicle halls for 8 fire vehicles, in addition to a car-wash hall, the required sanitary and changing areas for the response personnel, as well as corresponding office, storage, and training rooms.
