TENDER DESCRIPTION

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen intends a comprehensive modernization and expansion of the listed main administration building at Städelstraße 28 in Frankfurt am Main. The building complex, consisting of three structural parts (main building, intermediate building and main building on the Main), must be completely remediated of harmful substances and subsequently fully stripped out, i.e. the entire development is to be brought into a state resembling raw construction. This also includes the deconstruction of all technical installations (sanitary, heating, ventilation, lifts, high-current and low-current systems), the sectional deconstruction of non-load-bearing internal walls, and the complete deconstruction of the roof/terrace/balcony structures, including the subsequent installation of emergency drainage and emergency sealing (excluding the roof above the 9th floor). In addition, 5 front canopies are to be partially demolished, partly completely, partly only down to the load-bearing structure.
