TENDER DESCRIPTION

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen intends to carry out comprehensive modernization and expansion work on the listed main administration building at Städelstraße 28 in Frankfurt am Main. The building complex, consisting of three components (main building, intermediate building and main building on the Main), must be fully remediated for hazardous substances and subsequently completely stripped out, i.e. the entire development is to be brought to a condition resembling exposed substructure (shell-like condition). This also includes the demolition of all technical installations (sanitary, heating, ventilation, lifts, power and low-current installations), the partial demolition of non-load-bearing interior walls, and the complete demolition of the roof/terrace/balcony structures, including the subsequent installation of emergency drainage and emergency waterproofing (excluding the roof over 9th floor/9. OG). In addition, 5 canopy structures are to be demolished either fully or, in part only, down to the supporting structure. The type and scope of the services to be provided by the contractor follow from the specifications of services, the tender documents and the associated annexes.
