TENDER DESCRIPTION

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen intends a comprehensive modernisation and extension of the listed main administration building at Städelstraße 28 in Frankfurt am Main. The building complex, consisting of three building sections (main building, connecting building and Main building), is to be completely remediated of hazardous substances and subsequently completely stripped out, i.e. the entire development is to be brought to a shell construction-like condition. This also includes the deconstruction of all technical installations (sanitary, heating, ventilation, lifts, high- and low-voltage power systems), the partial deconstruction of non-load-bearing internal walls, as well as the complete deconstruction of the roof/terrace/balcony structures, including the subsequent installation of an emergency drainage system and emergency waterproofing (except for the roof above the 9th floor). In addition, 5 front canopies are to be deconstructed, partly completely and partly only down to the load-bearing structure.
