TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the school premises at Goethestraße 61 in Maintal-Bischofsheim, the existing building of the primary school "Villa Kunterbunt" is to be generally refurbished and converted. The services to be tendered are demolition work, remediation of hazardous substances and fit-out works. The building is designed as a split-level structure with levels -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 (technical). On level -1, storage rooms will be created. On level 0, the new canteen with kitchen, the forum or the break hall, the lightwell and the administration wing with teachers’ rooms will be built. On level 1, the childcare area, the library, an art room and a workshop room as well as three group rooms follow; the existing main entrance will be dismantled and the building extended by a single-storey timber extension. On level 2, eight classrooms, two group rooms and a learning zone will be formed; on levels 3 and 4, two technical centres will be created. All sanitary areas will be renewed and new service connection rooms provided.
