TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the school site at Goethestraße 61 in Maintal-Bischofsheim, the existing building of the primary school "Villa Kunterbunt" is to be refurbished and converted as part of the general refurbishment. The contract includes services for demolition work, remediation of hazardous substances, and fit-out works. The building is designed as a split-level building with levels -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 (technical). On level -1, storage rooms will be created. On level 0, the new canteen with kitchen, the forum or break hall, the light well, and the administration block with teachers’ rooms will be built. On level 1, the childcare area, the library, an art room and a workshop will be provided, as well as three group rooms; the existing main entrance will be dismantled and the building will be extended with a single-storey timber annex. On level 2, eight classrooms, two group rooms and a learning zone will be created; on levels 3 and 4, two technical central units will be established. All sanitary areas will be renewed and new utility connection rooms will be provided.
