TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tendered are preliminary dismantling, gutting and contaminant remediation works in an existing building in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The service includes in particular the gutting of the building, the professional removal of contaminant-laden components, protection and safety measures, the separate sorting of the resulting waste as well as their supplementary declaration, transport and disposal. Included are the required cooperation for bulk sampling, disposal certificates and accompanying document procedures as well as the documentation of the executed works. The execution is based on contaminant investigations and the tender documents taking into account the relevant hazardous substance, occupational health and safety and waste regulations, especially for activities involving asbestos-containing materials and artificial mineral fibres.
