TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covers advance demolition, strip-out/decoupling (deconstruction) and hazardous substance remediation works in an existing building in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The scope of services in particular includes stripping out the building, the professional removal of components contaminated with hazardous substances, protective and securing measures, sorting-based separation of the waste generated, as well as its supplementary declaration, transport and disposal. Included are the required participation in on-site sampling of bulk material (Haufwerksbeprobungen), disposal proof and accompanying document procedure, as well as documentation of the work carried out. The work is carried out on the basis of the hazardous substance investigations and the tender documents, while complying with the relevant regulations under hazardous substances law, occupational safety and health protection law, and waste law, in particular for activities involving asbestos-containing building materials and man-made mineral fibres.
