TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hamburg Police, or the Authority for Internal Affairs and Sport, currently plans to renew the site of the Police Academy in Hamburg – Alsterdorf. In particular, the dismantling or demolition of the existing lecture hall building HSG I and the school building from the 1950s HSG II is involved. Both buildings no longer meet the requirements of users for a modern, flexible, and barrier-free location for initial and continuing education. The existing buildings will therefore be replaced, after they have been dismantled, by two new buildings that are intended to enable modern, practice-oriented teaching using digital teaching and learning formats and in-person events. _____________________________________________________________________________________ The scope of work for the demolition measures includes, among other things: - Stripping out (decontaminating/emptying) and clearing both buildings (HSG I + II) - Remediation of contaminants in both buildings (HSG I + II) - Demolition of both buildings and disposal of the building fabric (HSG I + II) - Dismantling of surface paving _____________________________________________________________________________________ Key…
