TENDER DESCRIPTION
An integrated waste management software solution is to be supplied for: * Customer management * Object management * Container management * Collection data management * Tour planning with routing * Display of actual data from regular collection, including data from the identity system * Data exchange with mobile devices * Order processing for container service, bulky waste, special emptyings and other types of orders * Scheduling of orders * Waste acceptance with and without a weighbridge * Fees billing and consideration billing * Planning and billing of container vehicles * Online portal for order acceptance and retrieval of customer data, as well as further functions as specified in the specification of services. Legacy data must be transferred. The scope of service includes commissioning and training services.
