Type of service: ABS HU-GN_PFA 51.15 & 5.14 SiLeist preliminary measures. As part of the preliminary measures for the plan approval section 5.15 & 5.14, a security and construction-related service is to be awarded. The preliminary measures on which this award is based serve to prepare the subsequent main measure of PFA 5.15, starting in January 2029, which will be tendered separately at a later point in time.
