TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure, due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies, does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law. It ends automatically regardless with the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Abiraterone (excluding strength 500 mg), ATC L02BX03, following a formal award procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To do justice to the diversity of potential contracting partners within the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework agreement at any time during the contract period and under the same conditions. The necessary contract documents are available for download via the online portal www.dtvp.de/center at the link specified under 5.1.11.
