TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. It ends automatically regardless with the entry into force of the exclusive agreement for the active ingredient Abiraterone (excluding strength 500 mg), ATC L02BX03, following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To do justice to the diversity of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework agreement at any time and under the same conditions during the contract term.
