TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the lack of a selection decision and thus due to the non-discriminatory access opportunity for all pharmaceutical companies. It ends automatically and independently of this with the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Apixaban, ATC B01AF02, as a result of a formal procurement procedure in accordance with the provisions of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contract partners. In order to do justice to the diversity of potential contract partners within the framework of the licensing model, each pharmaceutical company will be allowed, at any time during the term of the contract, to conclude a framework agreement at the same conditions.
