TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. It will end automatically regardless upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active substance Betahistine (exclusively dosages 6 mg and 12 mg), ATC N07CA01, following a formal tender procedure under the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To accommodate the diversity of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, each pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework contract at any time and under the same conditions during the contract term.
