TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure is not subject to cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus nondiscriminatory access for all pharmaceutical companies. It will automatically terminate regardless upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient dydrogesterone, ATC G03DB01, following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To accommodate the variety of potential contracting partners within the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework agreement at any time during the contract period and under the same conditions. The necessary contract documents are available for download via the online portal www.dtvp.de/center under the link specified at 5.1.11.
