TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and, consequently, the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. It will automatically end regardless upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Hydrocortisone (exclusively dosage form TVW), ATC H02AB09, following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To account for the variety of potential contracting partners within the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is allowed to enter into a framework agreement at any time during the contract period and under the same conditions.
