TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access for all pharmaceutical companies. It ends automatically regardless upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Hydrocortisone (exclusively dosage form TVW), ATC H02AB09, following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To do justice to the variety of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, each pharmaceutical company is enabled at any time during the contract period to conclude a framework agreement under the same conditions.
