TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus non-discriminatory access possibilities for all pharmaceutical companies. Regardless of this, it will end automatically upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Miconazole + Flupredniden, ATC D01AC20, following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To do justice to the variety of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework agreement at any time during the contract period and under the same conditions.
