TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access possibility of all pharmaceutical companies. It shall in any case automatically end upon the entry into force of the exclusive agreement for the active ingredient Miconazole + Flupredniden, ATC D01AC20, following a formal procurement procedure in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To do justice to the diversity of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, each pharmaceutical company will be enabled to conclude a framework agreement at any time and under the same conditions during the contract term.
