TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access opportunity for all pharmaceutical companies. It ends automatically, irrespective of anything else, upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Nadroparin, ATC B01AB06, as a result of a formal procurement procedure in accordance with the rules of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contract partners. To do justice to the variety of potential contract partners under the approval model, each pharmaceutical company is allowed, at any time during the term of the contract, to conclude a framework contract for every time under the same conditions.
