TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the nondiscriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. It will in any case end automatically upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Olanzapine (exclusively dosage form TRS), ATC N05AH03, following a formal procurement procedure under the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. In order to do justice to the variety of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, each pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework contract at any time and under the same conditions during the contract period.
