TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus non-discriminatory access for all pharmaceutical companies. It automatically ends regardless with the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Olanzapine (exclusively dosage form TRS), ATC N05AH03, following a formal procurement procedure under the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting parties. To accommodate the diversity of potential contracting partners within the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework contract at any time during the contract period and under the same conditions. The necessary contractual documents are available for download via the online portal www.dtvp.de/center under the link specified in section 5.1.11.
