TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus non-discriminatory access for all pharmaceutical companies. It ends automatically regardless with the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Oxybutynin (exclusively dosage form PFT), ATC G04BD04, following a formal award procedure under the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contract partners. To accommodate the variety of potential contract partners within the approval model, each pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework contract at any time and under the same conditions during the term of the contract. The necessary contractual documents are available for download via the online portal www.dtvp.de/center at the link specified under 5.1.11.
