TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the lack of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access opportunity for all pharmaceutical companies. It will automatically end regardless upon entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Perindopril arginine + Amlodipine + Indapamide, ATC C09BX01, following a formal procurement procedure in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To accommodate the diversity of potential contracting partners within the framework of the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework contract at any time during the contract period under the same conditions.
