TENDER DESCRIPTION

DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access opportunity for all pharmaceutical companies. It ends automatically regardless upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Perindopril arginine + Amlodipine + Indapamide, ATC C09BX01, following a formal procurement procedure under the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To accommodate the diversity of potential contracting partners within the approval model, every pharmaceutical company is allowed to conclude a framework agreement at any time and under the same conditions during the contract period.
