DAK-Gesundheit assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of the cartel procurement law due to the absence of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory access possibility for all pharmaceutical companies. It will automatically end regardless upon the entry into force of the exclusive contract for the active ingredient Triptorelin, ATC L02AE04, following a formal procurement procedure according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB with one or more contracting partners. To accommodate the diversity of potential contracting partners within the approval model, each pharmaceutical company is enabled to conclude a framework agreement at any time and on the same conditions during the contract term. The necessary contract documents are available for download via the online portal www.dtvp.de/center at the link specified under 5.1.11.
