TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Husum intends to conclude a framework agreement for the leasing of various bicycles from as many manufacturers as possible for the employees of the City of Husum. Since the public sector has a general role-model function in climate protection, the framework agreement to be concluded should contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The City of Husum therefore wishes to offer its more than 300 employees economically attractive and practical bike leasing in order to further develop its role-model function in climate protection and air purification. The basis is the "Collective agreement on conversion of remuneration for the purpose of leasing bicycles in municipal public service (TV Fahrradleasing)" dated 01.03.2021 and Section 19(2) of SHBesG. In addition, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) must be complied with when providing the service. Further details are to be found in the tender documents.
