With regard to the framework agreement, no minimum quantities of orders to be placed are agreed. According to the ECJ case-law of 17.06.2021_RS C - 23/20, the contracting authority is required, in order to ensure transparency and non-discrimination in competition, to state a maximum quantity. An obligation to call off deliveries cannot be derived from this. The contracting authority estimates that, over the entire term of the contract, there will be a requirement of approximately 25,000 pieces of All Seasons operational shirts.
