The conclusion of a framework agreement with a company is tendered for the installation including delivery, training, maintenance, and reactive fault management for PDH multiplexers, network monitoring elements, and microwave systems including the necessary ancillary equipment, as well as a corresponding support and software maintenance contract for the duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement has a term from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2029. The place of performance is the air traffic control sites of ACG in Austria. It is noted that a framework agreement is an agreement aimed at defining the conditions for individual contracts to be awarded during a specific period, in particular regarding the envisaged price and the envisaged quantity. The result of this procurement procedure is therefore not the awarding of a single, already fully determined contract in terms of content, but the conclusion of a framework agreement on the conditions for individual contracts to be awarded separately on the basis of the framework agreement.
