The Statement of Work summary includes comprehensive support services from the contractor:

• Support for concluding license agreements: This entails checking eligibility for contracts, providing consultation, setting up and managing registrations, memberships, and tenants, compiling mandatory information, and initially providing activation keys. The contractor must also support the client in adhering to all licensor deadlines.
• Support during the term of license agreements: This involves assisting with the management of contracts, activation keys, and the assignment and management of online services to domains and users within the relevant online portals. It also includes providing information on contract fulfillment status, thresholds for online services, and potentially alarm functions for threshold exceedance, as well as supporting cost center-related consumption assignments for online services.
• Change Management Support: The contractor is expected to assist with contract change management, including contract transfers, splits, aggregations, and changes in contact persons.
• Optimization: Support for optimizing products and contract levels.
• Audit Support: The contractor must provide support during software audits or license plausibility checks conducted by Microsoft to verify correct licensing and usage.
• Dedicated Contact Persons:
• Field Service Contact Person: A designated, fixed, German-speaking contact person available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00) to coordinate offers and prices, answer questions on licensing, contracts, and technologies, qualify inquiries, ensure correct solutions are offered, communicate with Microsoft on behalf of the client, participate in and prepare for meetings, provide regular information on licensing and contract status, and support annual reports.
• Internal Service Contact Person: A designated, fixed, German-speaking remote contact person, also available during business hours, to coordinate and create offers and prices, answer questions on licensing and contracts, qualify inquiries, ensure correct solutions are offered, communicate with Microsoft, and support annual reports.
• Information Events: The contractor is obligated to conduct up to two information events per year at the client's premises. These events must cover current licensing models, contractual changes by Microsoft, and consulting on optimization possibilities for licensing alternatives.
• Ensuring Continuous Support: The contractor must guarantee that support is available even during holidays, vacation periods, high workloads, and absences of the main contact persons.
