TENDER DESCRIPTION

The ARGE Sprechstundenbedarfsbeschaffung GbR (ARGE-SSB) intends to conclude non-exclusive medicine discount agreements for the active ingredient cefuroxime in parenteral dosage form (ATC code: J01DC02) with as many market participants as possible (pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs) under the so-called “open-house model”. In Lower Saxony, within out-patient appointment hours, from 01.07.2026 pharmacies are also required to dispense finished medicinal products as a priority for which a discount agreement exists pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V. The ARGE-SSB will not make any selection decision and will submit an identical contract offer to every interested pharmaceutical company. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and procedures for access are uniform—individual negotiations are not carried out in principle. The contract terms are a maximum of twenty-four months; the earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026.
